The details on warranty terms and its preventive maintenance schedule and care to be taken while driving the vehicle, basic inspection checks, awareness on warning lights on the dashboard is specified in the Owner’s Manual supplied by its Manufacturer. It is important to go through it for a trouble-free usage.

Whenever your car has to go for servicing or for repair, a qualified driver taking all actions to maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitization is deployed to pick up the vehicle, take necessary instructions apart from the issues faced in the vehicle and take it to the Avis preferred repairer. Upon completion of repairs, the vehicle is thoroughly sanitized and brought back at the requested address within limits of the city.

While all care is taken while ferrying the vehicle, damages may still occur to the vehicle in view of the road and traffic conditions. Repairs for such damages shall be dealt with in the same way as an accident repair and shall be covered as is specified in the contract.

Looking after your vehicle on a daily basis is something that you already do. We are happy to execute it at your doorstep, however, due to practical challenges the same is carried out at a location as per mutual understanding.

In the unfortunate event of any damage to the car, always keep in mind that “life and personal safety of passengers” is most precious and the car is insured. It is advisable to call in the police depending upon the situation.

After ensuring safety of the passengers and medical aid if any, assess damage to the car. The car may be immobile completely or unsafe to be driven even though it may appear otherwise. Consult or take appropriate advice from experts.

We hand hold during the entire process, from towing to managing paper work, lodge insurance claim, dealing with surveyors, & expediting quality repairs from qualified body shops and subsequent settlement of Insurance claims.

Car needs to visit the workshop which sometimes is planned or unplanned and sometimes it just stays longer than expected. An alternate vehicle for your normal use during this period is provided.

We offer Chauffeur drive or depending upon availability even a Self-drive vehicle, The chauffeur wears protective mask & gloves at all times while maintaining social distance and its interiors are sprayed with the disinfector before and after each ride.

At the end of the lease, the vehicle is disposed off at the highest market value prevailing at that time while taking due care on proper documentation and paperwork at every stage to ensure its smooth execution. This is done through preferred service providers pan India.

In the event of a vehicle declared a total loss or theft, we offer a transparent and defined limited liability option. You can avail of quicker closure of existing vehicle lease contract upon insurance approval and therefore switch to a new car lease with a predefined liability.

Tyre replacement including wheel alignment and balancing as per need is included. Care is required to derive maximum life from the tyres by maintaining correct tyre pressure and watching out for any abnormal wear, damage to tyres or cuts in side wall.

This add-on product offered through our Insurance partner covers the damage to the internal parts of the engine due to entry of water. This is purchased over and above the regular comprehensive insurance policy.

Vehicle through its purchase dealer, is registered in the name of your company (Lessee) and therefore specific documentation is required in the Lessee’s name. The documents required to register the car varies from sate-to-state which is discussed pro-actively for a priority delivery. In addition to the basic documentation like, valid address proof, PAN copy, GSTIN copy, Authorised signatory authorisation, they may demand additional documents / formalities including the need of authorised signatory to present himself at the RTO.

A comprehensive policy with add on covers to include risks of Key loss, Depreciation Loss, Engine / Hydrostatic Lock, Tyre cover.
